Terms and Conditions

Check in is 4pm. Check out is 9am. Unless advised otherwise.

Your log cabin will not be available for check in prior to 4pm unless advised otherwise. In the event that your log cabin is available for earlier check in we will notify you via email or text message.

Children are welcome in all of our lodges.

Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times. It is particularly important that you always know where your children are, and that you provide adequate supervision for them at all times especially around the pond area and Hot Tubs.

Currently we do not allow any pets on our site. Should any guests bring pets with them we will terminate the booking and ask the guests to leave the site. In this event no refunds will be made.

Smoking/E-cigarette use is not permitted in any of our log cabins or hot tubs. Smoking is permitted outside your log cabin. Please ensure that all cigarettes are fully extinguished in the sand filled ashtray buckets provided. Any guests found to be smoking inside the log cabins will be asked to leave and charged for additional cleaning.

Due to the electric supply, we have on site, the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted via your log cabin electrics. With the site at full capacity this causes problems with the supply and to other guests’ cabins. We will be looking to install an electric charging point in the near future. Any guests found to be charging a vehicle will be asked to stop immediately. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. There are charging points locally within supermarkets and service stations.

The Aymestrey Lodges team clean each lodge between each stay.

You are responsible for leaving your lodge in a tidy manner before you leave, including putting rubbish bags outside for collection and leaving the kitchen and BBQ equipment in a clean and tidy manner.

Please report any damages to us before you check out via email. Breakages and damage will be charged to the lead guest on the booking should we deem necessary.

A charge of £50 will be made for any lodges that have been left in an unsatisfactory manner.

We ask that children are supervised at all times when using the hot tubs to ensure their safety.

We ask that guests using the hot tubs do not wear fake tan as this can cause staining and damage to the hot tub. Eating or Smoking is not permitted within any of the hot tubs on site.

We ask that all guests use the plastic glassware provided for your safety and that no glass items are taken in or around the spa.

Every effort Is made to ensure that your hot tub is heated upon your arrival however due to cold weather months this may not be possible and your hot tub may require extra time to heat.

The person completing the booking is responsible for the conduct of their party, It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and abide by the rules therein. Not reading these is not an excuse for infringement. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms and conditions of booking. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract and loss of the booking without refund. Aymestrey Lodges reserves the right to ban individuals from future use of the park.

Anyone defacing or causing damage to any buildings, equipment or property of the park faces immediate eviction and prosecution. The person completing the booking will be responsible for and charged for any damage /loss caused by themselves or their party. Your personal belongings, vehicles and contents are left at your own risk. Aymestrey Lodges or its staff will not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of any property nor for any injury, accident or mishap to any person in the park. Customers must ensure that their property is secured and fully insured for any unforeseen eventuality.

The information taken at time of booking is required to be collected for the purposes of processing your reservation with us. We may process your data to keep you informed of our activities and to keep you updated with news, offers and other information that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information for the marketing purposes described in this paragraph, please let us know. We may also disclose your data to CampStead Ltd who may contact you, inviting you to complete a questionnaire and review regarding your stay at our park.
